Note: Classes will be offered ongoing throughout the year with new dates opened up quarterly. If the session dates listed are sooner than the optimal series corresponding to your due date then, please check back for further out dates. You can also request to be placed on a waitlist for future dates that are not yet posted.

Group classes are offered both in-person and virtually via live Zoom, taught in a hybrid format

Classes are held Wednesday evenings from 6:00 - 8:30PM MST

Class series lasts 5 consecutive weeks

*Recommended attendance between 20 - 36 weeks

$350/couple (Cost includes HypnoBirthing® book, workbook, relaxation/affirmation tracks)

*Your space in the class will be secured once both your registration and payment are received

The class refund policy allows for full refund if cancellation is made at least two weeks before the course start date. There is no refund once the first class has begun; exceptions may be made for extreme medical situations or course cancellations by the instructor.
